Absolutely! We care for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and most small animals. Get in touch to discuss your pet's specific requirements.

Simply fill in our contact form or send us a WhatsApp message. We'll arrange a free, no-obligation meet-and-greet so that you and your pet can get to know us before any services begin.

No! Dogs will be walked directly from your home and back. Your dog's comfort and wellbeing is our foremost priority. We have never used a vehicle to transport pets to a walk location and never will. We do however have full insurance and safety measures in place, should an emergency arise, requiring transportation in our vehicle to a veterinarian.

Your home security is as important to us as the welfare of your pets. Firstly, we choose not to advertise our business on our vehicle. This would be of great benefit to us, but detrimental to you as our client! Having a vehicle advertising pet sitting or dog walking services, parked at or near your property, also advertises the fact to everyone else, that it is likely you are not at home and your house is potentially empty for most of the day & night! We can either keep your keys securely for regular or future use, or you can choose to drop them in to us before each service start. In either case, we will keep them safe for you! We only carry the keys we need for that day and they will be tagged with a code, not your name or address. If you have a key safe at your property, even better! We can turn lights on/off, draw curtains, but bins out and anything else that makes it look as though you are home!

We offer a free meet & greet for all new clients before service start. This is to meet you and your pets, for you to ask any questions and to discuss and show us your pet's routine. We will bring relevant paperwork for you to fill in. This includes details of your registered veterinarian in case of emergency in your absence.

Dog walking: We usually offer a 2 hour time slot for arrival depending on your needs and our availability. Clients who book regular walks will receive priority over ad hoc bookings. We will do our very best to accommodate clients if you have a more specific time in mind, so please do ask, but this cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic conditions etc. We will keep you updated of expected arrival times prior to the service start if necessary. Pet Sitting: Morning visits are usually made between 6-9am and 5-7pm, but this may vary slightly during busy periods or for unexpected circumstances.

Yes! 'Aunty' Liz will be your primary sitter and walker throughout. This ensures continuity so that your pet can build up trust and look forward to each visit!
